What are Knowledge Packs?
Structured product data, optimized for LLM systems like ChatGPT. Libers generates them automatically from your existing content.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany and Switzerland. Libers is a Swiss company. To measure AI visibility, AI providers receive information about your brand and products, never your account data. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter includes 10 Knowledge Packs per month and also suits website and blog optimization without a shop. Growth includes 50, Pro 100 Knowledge Packs per month. Enterprise is for agencies and large catalogs. When in doubt, start with Starter and switch anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The website scan is free, no credit card required, you see your LLM score instantly. After that you get a 7-day trial to try Libers with your own website or shop. Ongoing optimization afterwards requires a plan starting at €29/month.
What is a website analysis?
We automatically crawl your website, assess content and structure, and show you how well your pages currently perform in AI search systems like ChatGPT or Perplexity. You get an LLM score per page and an overview of where there is room for improvement.
How are blog articles optimized?
We analyze your blog article, automatically generate Schema.org markup, FAQ sections, and key takeaways, then continuously check how visible the article is in AI search systems. Results are applied directly to your post.
Are regular web pages optimized too, not just blog articles?
Yes. Besides blog articles, we also optimize regular pages like your homepage, product pages, or landing pages, with Schema.org markup, FAQ suggestions, and ongoing visibility checks in AI search systems.
What is the difference between a subscription and buying tokens for website/blog optimization?
Your subscription includes a monthly free quota for ongoing content optimization and automatic follow-up fixes. If that is not enough, or you want additional optimizations beyond it, you use your token balance. You receive tokens once at the start of your subscription, can top them up monthly through the Website Add-on, or buy a one-time Booster Pack.
How long does an optimization take?
For a single page or blog article, usually just a few minutes. For a full website with many pages, optimization runs in the background across several passes, you can follow the progress in your dashboard.
How does data enrichment work for a Knowledge Pack?
We start by reading your existing product data and automatically fill in missing information, for example using structured data from your own product page. Matching category profiles help with classification, AI adds further information relevant to search systems, and where useful, external data sources are included as well.
Which systems do you support?
For online shops, we currently support Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Shopware, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Ecwid, OpenCart, JTL, Gambio, and OXID. In addition, Custom and Other are available for individual integrations. You can optimize websites and blogs independently of any shop system. Delivery runs through a script in your page header and therefore works across all page types.
I do not have any of these systems. Can I still use the service?
Yes. For website and blog optimization, you do not need a shop or any specific platform, your website URL is enough. Optimization is delivered through a script in your page header and therefore works across all page types. A connected shop system is only needed if you also want to create product Knowledge Packs for your catalog.
What happens if content does not become visible in AI search systems?
We detect this automatically and try to improve the content automatically over several weeks. If that does not succeed, our team is notified and looks into it.
